Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Edinburgh
Hours: 5 Days per week Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm on site - May include weekend work where required by the client
Rate: £NEG ph working via an Umbrella company
Employment Type: Contract - 3-6 months
Job Information:
The College is planning work to commence in March 2027 and needs an experienced project manager to support with the planning of these projects, advising the client on what they need to do ahead of work commencing in terms of contractors needed. E.G. Architects, planning permission.
The project manager will be Sitting with client and advising on what is needed and the best way to proceed at each stage of the below projects that could be ongoing at similar time.
- HGV and Vehicle workshop being moved into the Sports block which needs to be repurposed
- Demolition of 3 or 4 houses
- An Eco Centre being built on site
- Roof being added to the Eco Centre
