Pay Rate: £38.50ph – £48.24ph Umbrella Co Basis (depending on experience)

You support nutrition and well-being strategies across all categories including biscuit, gum, candy, chocolate, beverages and meals for the business unit. Your interactions are across multiple functional groups such as product development, marketing, regulatory and scientific affairs, global teams, and nutrition organizations.
How you will contribute
Working with regulatory and scientific affairs, brand teams, consumer insights, nutrition research, and legal, to promote nutrition and well-being messages and claim development across various media (packaging, advertising, websites, recipes, materials for nutrition/health professionals, etc.). You will provide strategic guidance to product development and marketing on nutrition criteria, assessing, and report compliance with established internal nutrition requirements. In addition, you will lead internal nutrition and well-being education programs to increase employee knowledge and awareness on relevant topics and implement local health influencer outreach programs and nutrition conference strategies to drive brand credibility and growth. This role will require you to partner with regulatory and science affairs, corporate affairs and global nutrition network to support external influencing strategies and stakeholders’ communication related to nutrition agenda.

Our Client is currently seeking a Nutrition Strategy and Communications Manager/Specialist for its MEU region (all countries across Western and Eastern Europe with $9.8B in net rev) with focus on the UK who can develop and drive nutrition strategy and communication initiatives.
The role reports to the Nutrition Strategy & Communications MEU Lead within the Scientific & Regulatory Affairs/Nutrition department. Interactions will be across multiple functional groups within MEU and globally including Research & Development, Scientific Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION
Minimum BSc Hons degree in Human Nutrition or a related field is required. Masters degree is preferred.
